GHAJINI VACATION CENTER

গজনী অবকাশ কেন্দ্রে চোখে পড়বে সবুজ গাছপালার সারি, লতাপাতার বিন্যাস, ছোট-বড় টিলা, উপজাতীয়দের ঘরবাড়ি ইত্যাদি। এখানে প্রধান প্রধান গাছপালার মধ্যে রয়েছে শাল, সেগুন ও গজারী গাছ। কৃত্রিম স্থাপনাগুলোর মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য হচ্ছে বিশালাকার ডায়নোসরের প্রতিকৃতি, ড্রাগন পাতালপুরী, মৎস্যকন্যা, আলোকের ঝর্ণাধারা, শিশুদের জন্য চুকোলুপি পার্ক, ছোট আকারের চিড়িয়াখানা, একুয়ারিয়াম ইত্যাদি। এখানকার চিড়িয়াখানায় রয়েছে প্রায় ৪০ প্রজাতির প্রাণী।
কৃত্রিম লেকের শান্ত জলে নৌ বিহারের জন্য রয়েছে সীমান্ত প্যাডেল বোট ও ময়ুরপঙ্খী নৌকা। অবকাশে বিভিন্ন ধরনের প্রাণীর প্রতিকৃতি ও গারোদের বাসস্থানের ধারণায় নির্মিত হয়েছে অমৃতলোক। অমৃতলোকের আছে গারো মা প্রতিকৃতি, উটপাখির ভাস্কর্য, ক্যাঙ্গারু ভাস্কর্য, পাখি বেঞ্চ, শিশু গার্ডেন, লাল পাহাড়, কুঁড়েঘর, ফুলের বাগান, কফি হাউজ, বিশাল আকৃতির অজগর সাপের ভাস্কর্য ইত্যাদি। গজনী অবকাশে আছে ৬৪ ফুট উঁচু ‘সাইট ভিউ টাওয়ার’।
The Ghajini Vacation Center will feature rows of greenery, vegetation, small and large hills, tribal houses, etc. The main plants here are shawl, teak and gajari trees. Notable among the artificial installations are portraits of giant dinosaurs, dragon underground, mermaids, fountains of light, chukolupi park for children, small size zoo, aquarium etc. There are about 40 species of animals in the zoo.
There are border paddle boats and peacock boats for navigating in the calm waters of the artificial lake. Amritlok is based on portraits of different types of animals and the concept of Garo habitat. Amritlok has Garo mother portraits, ostrich sculptures, kangaroo sculptures, bird benches, children's gardens, red hills, huts, flower gardens, coffee houses, giant python sculptures etc. Ghajini has a 64 feet high ‘Site View Tower’.

গজনী অবকাশ কেন্দ্র বাংলাদেশের শেরপুর জেলা শহরের ঝিনাইগাতী উপজেলার কাংশা ইউনিয়নের গারো পাহাড়ের পাদদেশে অবস্থিত। এর উত্তরে রয়েছে ভারতের মেঘালয় রাজ্য। গজনী অবকাশ কেন্দ্রটি প্রায় ৯০ একর এলাকা জুড়ে বিস্তৃত। শেরপুর জেলা প্রশাসনের উদ্যোগে ১৯৯৩ সালে এটি নির্মিত হয়। এটি বৃহত্তর ময়মনসিংহ ও উত্তরাঞ্চলের প্রধান এবং আকর্ষণীয় পর্যটন কেন্দ্র হিসেবে বিবেচিত হয়।
Ghajini Holiday Center is located at the foot of Garo Hills in Kangsha Union, Jhenaigati Upazila, Sherpur District, Bangladesh. To the north is the Indian state of Meghalaya. The Ghajini Vacation Center covers an area of about 90 acres. It was built in 1993 on the initiative of Sherpur district administration. It is considered as the main and attractive tourist destination of greater Mymensingh and the northern region.
